THE PARTNERS PROGRAM
Strengthening Communities, Schools, and Families
The Partners Program is a strengths based program which creates alliances within communities, schools and families to increase children's strengths in all aspects of their lives. Integrative Counseling Solutions, Inc. strives to promote overall well being and good mental health and assist children in reaching their personal potential.

How can the Partners Program help my family?
Your family can receive individualized services for each child under age 21 who is Medicaid eligible (Title XIX) and has an identified need. Common issues we can help you address include:
- Anger/aggression
- Stress and anxiety
- Emotional immaturity
- Social interaction difficulties
- Attention seeking behaviors
- Difficulty with compliance
- Opposition to authority
- Low self-esteem/self-efficacy
- Abuse or other trauma
Caseworkers trained at the master’s level will help you gain extra support by addressing challenging behaviors and collaborating with home and school. The Partners Program
can help your child get back on track so they can succeed
at home and school.

What skills will The Partners Program teach our child?
We work with your family to help you learn how to:
- Identify individual strengths
- Identify thoughts, feelings, and triggers to your child's behavior
- Coping skills
- Communication skills
- Appropriate social skills
- Self-relaxation and self-management skills
- Anger management skills
How can we get started in The Partners Program?
Your first step is to meet with a Licensed Professional of the Healing Arts to determine whether or not your child has an identified need. Once this is determined,
paperwork is signed by the parent/guardian giving permission for INTEGRATIVE COUNSELING SOLUTIONS, INC. to provide services to your child. At this point, Integrative Counseling Solutions, Inc.
will apply to Iowa Medicaid Enterprises for authorization of services. Once INTEGRATIVE COUNSELING SOLUTIONS, INC. receives authorization, services can begin.
